A 35% advance payment is required at the time of booking. This is our general policy.
For higher-category hotels or resorts , the advance payment will be charged as per the hotel’s policy.
At the time of booking, you must pay at least 35% of the total tour cost to our company account. After that, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance.
The remaining amount must be paid:
At least 2 days before departure, or
On arrival, or
During the tour in cash, if agreed.
Once we accept your booking, we will issue a Confirmation Invoice. A contract between you and our company will be considered valid from the date the Confirmation Invoice is issued. If the booking is made within 7 days of departure, the contract will be valid once we receive your deposit payment.
Please carefully check all details on the Confirmation Invoice and inform us immediately if there is any mistake.
The names on travel documents must exactly match the names on passports or other valid identity proof.
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-
30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.
30 days to 20 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
20 days to 10 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
10 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

Rates are non-commissionable and can change without notice. Cancellation policies and other terms follow the rules of the hotel or company, and a government service tax will be added. Please note that we do not provide cancellations or refunds for situations beyond our control, such as bad weather or political issues.
The confirmation of hotel rooms, train seats, and airfare depends on availability at the time of booking. Your bookings will be considered confirmed only after we receive full payment (100%) before the trip begins.
